Paddle4Humanity Deerfield Bch, FL  June 4, 2011  (click link)

Aloha fellow paddlers & water people,

Just to remind everyone that the Paddle4Humanity website is live and now is the time to register! For us on the EastCoast this is a landmark event and is great privilege to host this in Deerfield Beach and is much more than a Paddleboard race.

This is an opportunity to give back thru SurfAid international and be a part of something that goes beyond our backyard. Please take some time to look at the website, educate yourself on how SurfAid is leading the way in providing humanitarian assistance to cultures living in isolated regions connected to us thru surfing.

Please spread the word about this great cause. The race will feature a 6 mile elite course, 2 mile recreational course and a free kids SUP race. We are really trying to encourage everyone to invite even novice and newer paddlers to participate in the 2 mile race and help us in our efforts to raise $100,000 for SurfAid.

We are also accepting additional local/regional sponsorship so please feel free to contacted directly if you or anyone else in the community would like to help.

Check out the site and register today!

Day in the Life of ‘da Big Kahuna’

Monday, January 24th, 2011 by Kali

Had a great time Sunday doing what I enjoy. Teaching surfing lessons. Was in the water from 10am – 4:30pm while each new scheduled student waited for their turn. Air temp when started was 50 degrees. Water and air cold but nice for learning. Came home and made dinner for the family and ‘passed out’ till 10pm Haven’t stopped working since. Customer texted me at midnite for surf lessons in the am. Its now 1 am and still more work on several unreal projects. Will advise once inked — life of an entrepreneur – Love My God, Family and Work !!  God is Faithful!!
